
Thai bass baritone, Kittinant Chinsamran, is an active performer on the concert stage, both in recital and oratorio works. Having performed with many well-known orchestras included the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, San Juan National Symphony Orchestra of Puerto Rico, San Francisco Sinfonietta, San Francisco Bach Choir, and San Francisco Choral Society, his repertoire includes Bach's Magnificat, Christmas Oratorio and St. John Passion; Handel’s Messiah; Mozart's Requiem and Coronation Mass; Beethoven's Symphony No.9; Faure's Requiem; R.V. Williams' Five Mystical Songs; and Dubois’ The Seven Last Word of Christ. Mr. Chinsamran frequently performs throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and has been heard at Davies Symphony Hall, Cowell Theatre, St. Mark's Church, Calvary Presbyterian Church, and St. Mary's Cathedral. Likewise, operatic roles include Papageno (The Magic Flute), Argante (Rinaldo), Uberto (La serva padrona), La Notte and Ipparco (Cavalli's L'Egisto), Mandarin (Turandot) Father (Hansel and Gretel), and Theseus (A Midsummer Night's Dream).
Prior to moving to the United States, he received a degree in Music Education from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand with First Class Honors. His performances in Thailand were graciously presided by Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn, and HRH Princess Galayani Vaddhana of Thailand. He is currently a vocal coach of the vocal music department at the San Francisco School of the Arts.
Presently, Mr. Chinsamran holds both a Post Graduate Diploma and Masters in Vocal Performance from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. As a two-time Voice Department Award recipient, Mr. Chinsamran is under the tutelage of the renowned tenor and voice teacher, César Ulloa.
