SFBC Orchestra

The 1999–2000 season marked the formation of the San Francisco Bach Choir Orchestra and the Period Consort under the musical supervision of the Musical Director and with the help of our Orchestra Manager, John Thiessen. Instrumentalists are drawn from a fine collective of professional early-music practitioners from the Bay Area community and throughout the United States and Europe, many of whom are internationally acclaimed. Our orchestra occasionally augments some programs with instrumental and solo selections of their own. Those who have performed with us since the 1999–2000 season are listed below.
