Joining hands across the Bay, SFBC and Oakland Civic Orchestra will journey together to 19th-century Vienna to sing and play some of the most beloved music for choir, orchestra, and soloists. From a lush Mendelssohn overture to an intimate motet, from Brahms’ call to the Fates to Beethoven’s powerful Mass in C, we will share the colors, textures, and emotions created by some of the greatest and best-loved composers of all time.
